The aim of this subject is to try that the students understand the importance of the human factor in the organizations, and specially in the touristic ones. To achieve this goal, we will begin making a review of the evolution of human resource management, discussing the role of human resources at the present time and defining the strategic management of human resources. We pretend that students know and are able to make decisions about managing human resources, both from the HR department and from any manager with people under his/her responsibility. |
