| OBJECTIVES. - The subject studies indepth the basic contents of the function of human resources from a Business Administration view, taking a further step to the subject presented in the initial topics of the module of Management and Administration of Personnel (of the Labor Relations Diploma). Also, it is completed with the contents of the compulsory subject ôAudit of the function of human resourcesö and the optional one ôPolicies of Management of human resources and Organizational Designö imparted in the Degree of Sciences of Work. |
