Continguts
The fundamental objective of this subject is to obtain a toxicological training with the purpose of guaranteeing safe foods to the population. Therefore, it contributes to the knowledge of: Basic toxicology including the phases of toxic phenomenon and toxic evaluation. Food intoxication, that is the pathologies originated from natural substances, inorganic and organic pollutants and their derived toxic substance, that is, those that are originated during the processing of foods. Analytical Toxicology, in order to develop methodologies that allow to measure the concentration of toxic substances in food and interpret the results obtained.
