| OBJECTIVES. - The subject studies indepth the function of human resources its interdependence with the decisions of organizational design, further developing contents presented in the initial topics of the modules of Organization and Methods of Work and of Management and Administration of Personnel (of the Labor Relations Diploma). Also, it is supplemented with the contents of the compulsory subject ôAudit of the function of human resourcesö and the optional one ôStrategy and Management of human resourcesö imparted in the Degree of Sciences of Work. |
