| The subject tries to show the student a minimum contents of one of the basic facets in the exercise of the function of human resources taking one more step in the basic contents of the module of Management and Administration of Personnel (of the Labor Relations Diploma). Also, it is completed with the contents of the two optional ones ôStrategy and Management of human resourcesö and ôPolitical of Address of human resources and organizational Designö imparted in the Degree of Sciences of the Work. PRACTICES. - The practices will be carried out using steps for the realization of the Audit of human resources in real companies of reference, finishing with the elaboration of the Audit Report. The attendance to the sessions of practices is absolutely necessary to be able to overcome the subject contained in this module. |
