The assessment will make through a final written exam based on the basis contents of the theoretical and practical program (official meeting date). Thus, the participation in class and a team practical work (proposed at the course beginning) will be assessed. |

Objetius |
The global goal of the subject is the application of the Strategic Management process to the firm. This general goal involves two specific goals: 1. The study of the strategy formulation basis and the existing analytical techniques (methods) for this stage. 2.The study of the basis of the implementation and control of the strategy and the different existing analytical techniques for both stages. It is convenient to have previously knowledge in the contents related to the subjects of the Organization area of the Degree in Relaciones Laborales (OMT, DGP and FDE). |
