Shaw y el teatro de tesis. La influencia de Ibsen, Chejov y Strindberg. El teatro como novela dramática: acotación y prejuicio en Bernard Shaw. El interés de sus prólogos. Plays Pleasant y Plays Unpleasant. Mrs. Warren's Profession, como teatro social. TEMA II: LITERATURA DRAMÁTICA Y TEATRO EN EL SIGLO XX. û Innovación y conservadurismo en la literatura y el teatro británico contemporáneos. El repertorio clásico y los textos contemporáneos.
