Objectives: 1º.- Interpret education in terms of processes. 2º.- Negotiate educational processes in a preventive way. 3º.-Define a quality guarantee system in an educational center and training system of an organization. 4º.-Understand how to improve programs or training programs. 5º.-Become skilled as competent educational agents. |
