I. INTRODUCTION The general objective of this subject is to offer the students the training for the exercise of social labour in the environment of the well-being services, especially of social services, publics or private, by means of the knowledge and appropriation (in a critical approach) of the theories and administration techniques, planning and evaluation of services, with special incidence in the labour management of people. The specific objectives go to: . Acquiring the basic theoretical and conceptual knowledge related to the organization of human services. .Providing instruments that qualify for the management, planning and evaluation of services. 2. THEMATIC CONTENTS UNIT I The social labour, social services and the theory of management. The relevance of the study of the management theory for social work. The knowledge of theories about labour organizations and organizational structures. Classic theories and scientific managament. Theorists of human relationships. Systemic theorist. Current tendencies. UNIT II The administration in organizations of human services. The planning function. The planning phases: philosophical, analytical, operative, actional and development. The zero base organization. UNIT III The evaluation. Conceptualization. Methodological aspects. The problem of measurement: from the objectives |
