| The objectives will be achieved through following a series of practical sessions of increasing difficulty. The practical case studies will refer to the global theoretical issues, and spacificaly to questions that the teaching faculty deems to be of greatest importance: System of sources and application to Labour Law; Field of Application; Lbaour contract models; Working hours and salary; Functional mobility and modifying conditions; Suspensions and leave of absence; terminating a contract. |
