| This part of the subject focuses on the problems that arise in the different fields of Law with relation to drug addiction. Students should get to know them, to be able to solve problems of clinical practice and to take the necessary decisions depending on the needs and on the concrete situation that their patients might be in. On the other hand, students must also know the legal obligations that they will have to face and that derive in some special conditions of the practicioner-patient relation.
