LABORATORY PRACTICALS

1. - Experimental confirmation of the law of Stefan-Boltzmann, base of the
thermography and of the law of geometric attenuation of the radiation.
Objectives: the aim is to make the students check experimentally the foundations
of the thermography, determining the dependence between the emission power
of a body and its surface temperature. Besides, they should determine
the function that governs the variation of the radiation intensity when going away
from the emitter focus.

2. - Study of the radiological contrast and comparison of different radiographic techniques:
Computerized simulation.
Objectives: From the computerized simulation, students can valuate the influence of the characteristics of the x-ray beam (such as hardness and intensity) o
