Continguts |
To educate the student in a more detailed knowledge of more specific parasitic diseases produced by Protozoa, Helminths (Trematoda, Cestoda, Nematoda and Acantocephala) and Arthropods that affect humans. This knowledge is directed towards the epidemiological and clinical aspects, placing special emphasis on the therapeutical update and prophylactic guidelines of the parasitic diseases, as well as in the methodological approaches that must be carried out in the laboratories destined to the diagnosis of the parasitic diseases. This latest aspect is the eminently practical objective of this course. |
