The general aim is the acquisition, amplification and deepening of the knowledge of the French Language. The content of the subject is first of all linguistic, being based on professional situations. It is required that the pupil acquires a functional competence in French, centred on situations related to tourism, the hotel and catering business(hotel management) and restoration and the management of companies of this sector. The content is: 1. knowledge of the French culture: geography, literature and art. 2. Oral and written comprehension of the speech in general language and in tourist situations. 3. Exercise of the oral expression, with prior character. 4. Competence in the production of documents related to the professional exercise. |
