Theoretical classes with audio-visual support and practical exercises
in laboratory (mixtures for artificial nutrition; evaluation of the nutritional status; fulfilment of dietetic histories; etc.) and computer science classroom (preparation and evaluation of different diets)
Met. Avaluació
Theory (2/3 of note): a partial examination that will eliminate the corresponding matter exclusively for June and a final examination (June or September) of all the matter explained in class (written tests).
Practices (1/3 note): participation in ³ 80% of same and presentation of a memory.

To know the implications of the different pathologies in the food-nutrition processes and the dietetic modifications to implement;the interactions between foods and drugs and the indications of the different feeding techniques.To acquire knowledge and abilities in carrying out dietetic histories and the nutritional evaluation, monitoring and control of the patients,in external consulting and in the hospital atmosphere.To become familiar with the medical terminology,clinical case histories,dietetic prescriptions,the
operation of dietetic services and the hospital dietetic guidelines
