| To contribute to the students of Human Diet and Nutrition the necessary knowledge of the Anatomy and Physiology that provide him/her with a sufficient basis to understand other areas of their studies (Nutrition, Pathophysiology, Nutritional Pathology, etc.), so that they can understand, besides the structure and normal functioning of human body, the effects on the system and organs functions that stem from diverse pathologies, and their relation with basic nutritional aspects. |
