| The objective of the subject is to introduce the student in the more basic concepts related to financing decisions (how to do fund-raising for the company, what costs have an effect, which is the best option: a loan to ST or LT, self-financing, to increase the capital of the society,etc.) and the investment decisions (the available resources in the company cannot remain unproductive; in what investments they should be placed, what the existing profitability of the different alternatives is, etc). With this we intend the student to know, and he/she can later go into the basic tasks in greater depth, what the financial agent generally does. |
