| This subject is focused to teach the main principles of computer science. The knowledge acquired will allow the student to understand how a computer works, how information is represented in it and working with digital information. Moreover, the student will acquire the basic principles regarding computer networks and information publication in Internet. The main concepts tackled in the subject are: Computer concept, Operative System, Arithmetics and data types, Numeric representation systems, Description of algorithm and program, phases of a program, introduction to electronics edition and mark-up languages. |
