The aim is to analyze the history of a country's arts, explaining its peculiar historical circumstances and taking into account the diverse artistic variants, phenomena such as the arrival of the Christianity, the Danish invasions, the Norman conquest, the establishment of the Gothic, the Reformation, the consolidation of England in the international context, which involve a series of architectures, paintings or miniatures, sculptures etc. All of which are studied here. |
