| This subject promotes the necessary knowledge for up to date analysis and debate on the period of Spanish history following the Civil War. Therefore it is necessary to study the fundamental problems in Spain during the XIX and XX centuries in detail, especially the key aspects, dynamics and final crisis of one of the longest dictatorships in the XX century, as well as the transition to democracy and the current democratic Spain. It is important students are able to relate these events and processes to European and world history of the same period. |
