General objective: To understand the basis of the methods and techniques for Data Analysis, mainly quantitative, and their application to the educational environment. Content: Data analysis inside the general research process. Basis of data analysis. Planning, gathering and organization of information. Computer tools and data analysis. Reduction of information: uni-variate and bi-variariate tools. Explanation-comparison of the information: confirmations of uni-variate hypotheses. Reduction of information in multivariate situations. Hypothesis confirmations in multivariate situations. Data analysis in the qualitative investigation. |
