The program of the module will initiate the student in the history, bases, instruments and the modalities of the intervention of the State in what is habitually known as the one "the citizens social well-being" that is expressed preferably in the chapters of social expense of public budgets. The social policies should endow the student of the necessary competence to understand and evaluate the current debates about the future of social policies in our countries. The methodology will combine theory and practices, by means of lecture and of readings,reflections, debates and the elaboration of practice cards. |
