CHARACTERISTIC OF THE SUBJECT:

The module Management and Administration of Personnel is a core module, of annual significance, for second course of the diploma of Labour Relations. It is integrated by 6 theoretical credits and 4,5 practical. For the fulfiment of practicals, each theoretical group will be divided in two practical subgroups. The theory will be imparted in the first semester and the practices will be carried out entirely in the second semester.

OBJECTIVES:

The module seeks to show the student of Labor Relations the contents of the functions that projection and relevance are acquiring in recent times organisations. Simultaneously, we require the student to be aware of the importance, and to integrate the theoretical considerations the solutions that he has to adopt in the exercise of a future professional carrer.

The module will develop the environments of Managementand Administration,discussing not, only the presentation and discussion of company policies, but also approaching the aspects that should be solved on a daily basis relating to people. THEORY PROGRAMME
