The used methodology is conformed for: a) theoretical classes, in which the concepts are explained relating them with examples of the managerial reality; b) practical classes, in those that the students must solve cases related with the theory; and c) the work and the student's participation.
Met. Avaluació
The final qualification is an average of the notes of Theory and of Practice.
Evaluation Theory: Test of 20 questions and two development questions
Practical evaluation: Average of the qualifications obtained in the cases that the students will have to solve in the practical classes.

Theme 3: THE FIRM AND THEIR LIMITS.
Nature of the transactions. Co-ordination of the transactions. Nature of the transactions and limits of the firm

Theme 4. INCENTIVES AND HUMAN BEHAVIOUR.
Organisational design and human behaviour. Supervision. Shared interest.
Framework of human behaviour in the firm.

Theme 5. EFFICIENT GOVERN OF THE WORK.
Specificity of the human assets. The asset knowledge. Contribution of the worker's commitment and the worker's intelligence. Government alternatives of work.

Theme 6. ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN VARIABLES RELATED WITH THE TASK DESIGN AND WITH FORMS OF EVALUATION AND CONTROL OF THE WORKER'S PERFORMANCE.
Design of job positions in the firm and grades of formalization and control. Evaluation of the worker's performance.

Theme 7. ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN VARIABLES RELATED WITH RECOMPENSES AND INCENTIVES SYSTEMS AND WITH HUMAN RESOURCES STRATEGIES.
Recompenses systems. Worker's performance evaluation and incentives alignment .Application to the qualified and creative work.
Objetius
The aims of the subject is to bring near the student to the managerial reality endowing him of the theoretical and practical knowledge that allow him to analyze and to understand the bases of the organizational design, and the bases of the human behaviour in the firm, as well as the interrelations among both dimensions. It is focused for that the student knows the different options of organizational design, of coordination of the work and of the human resources management in the firm, as well as his interrelations. Everything is oriented to the practical application of the knowledge.
