The content of the course, Advanced Microeconomics II, is the study of some of the central topics of microeconomics demand, supply, equilibrium, efficiency, from the perspective of general equilibrium.
The program consists of:

2. General Equilibrium II: The Theory of the Exchange of Edgeworth
3. Welfare Economics
4. Market Failures and the Second Optimum
5. Uncertainty and Economics of Information
Objetius
The objective of this lectures is to understand how prices work in complex economies as a coordination mechanism. Further, the efficency properties of the price mechanism are analyzed. Finally, market failures such as externalities and public goods are also considered.
