| The objective of this subject,is to teach the student the basic concepts of the law and that he/she familiarizes themself with the use of juridical language. It is also sought that the students know of the basic juridical institutions of Spanish juridical classification that have most incidence in the economic life. Institutions of private law(especially general Private Law and Patrimonial civil Law and also institutions of Public Law. The themes of the subject is the following one: TOPIC 1: INTRODUCTION TO THE LAW TOPIC 2. THE SOURCES OF THE LAW. THE SPANISH CONSTITUTION TOPIC 3. THE SUBJECT OF LAW TOPIC 4.
