The subject ECONOMIC HISTORY OF SPAIN (XX CENTURY) is a course directed to focus on the causes of backwardness and the decisive factors of the process of growth of the Spanish economy throughout the XX century. This subject is aimed at students that are in the second cycle of the degree in Economics, and that, with some basic theoretical knowledge on its operation, want to understand and study the trajectory continued by the Spanish economy throughout the present century.
The fundamental objective of this module is, besides developing in the students the concepts acquired in other subjects of theoretical character of the degree to develop the capacity to apply the knowledge and of confronting in a critical way the analysis of the processes of growth and advancement of the economies.
