| The subject Foundations of the Management of Companies has a double objective. On the one hand it introduce the student to the foundations of company management defining, therefore, the material object of study, the company and their relationship with the environment, as well as, the diverse subsystems that compose it. On the other hand, it divides in three the subsystems of the company; that of management whose foundations will serve as a base for the later development of matters related to the Strategic management the subsystem of Production and the subsystem of human resources. The program this will be divided into 4 blocks: BLOCK I: FOUNDATIONS OF THE COMPANY BLOCK II: SUBSYSTEMS OF MANAGEMENT BLOCK III: SUBSYSTEMS OF HUMAN RESOURCES BLOCK IV: SUBSYSTEMS OF PRODUCTION |
