Objetius |
The main objective of this introductory course to business administration is, on the one hand, to provide students with the basic concepts of management: the company, its main systemic components and its relationship with the environment. On the other hand, the course will focus on the study of three main company subsystems: manufacturing, management and human resources. The course will provide the basis needed for more specialized courses and those related with Strategic Management. |
