The fundamental objective of this subject consists of offering a sufficiently broad panoramic view of the main questions that allow the student to approach to the operation of the work market and to understand its complex structure. In its first part, the course approaches supply and demand, while in the second part he/she examines the determinants of structure and salary inequality. The student should familiarize themselves with the institutions related with the work market and especially with those most relevant within the environment of the Spanish economy (and of Valencia in particular).
