| The first objective of the subject Spanish Economy is the study of the recent changes in the Spanish economy, transformations that have caused a period of economic growth and of important structural change. As a second objective, the current structure of the Spanish economy is analyzed, putting special stress on the characterization of the productive sectors and on institutional aspects such as the labour market or the public sector.
