| The main objectives of this course are: 1. To know the theoretical foundations and the main tools of the Strategic Management, with the sufficient depth so that the student understands its philosophy of direction and is able to apply it in the business practices 2. To achieve a balanced understanding of the main issues that should be considered in the plannification of business strategies, as well as for its implementation and control. 3. To introduce the main relationships existing among the issues that are studied here and the issues presented in other courses |
