The subject International Commerce's main objective is the study of the real part of International Economy and it is presented in three sections. The first one is an introduction in which main basic aspects of trade are looked at. In the second, theoretical aspects of trade composed of six topics that study why trade takes place, what factors influence its composition and behavior, and what losses and benefits exist for the countries that trade. PROGRAM: I. - INTRODUCTION. Topic 1. - Main trade questions. II. - THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF TRADE. Topic 2. - International trade l and comparative costs. Topic 3. - International trade and endowment of factors (I). - The Heckscher-Ohlín pattern. Topic 4. - International trade and endowment of factors (II). - The pattern of specific factors. Topic 5. - modern theory of international trade (I). Topic 6. - modern theory of international trade (II). Topic 7. - Trade and well-being. III. - INTERVENTION IN THE MARKETS. Topic 8. - commercial Politics (I). - tariff Protection. Topic 9. - commercial Politics (II). - non tariff Protection and institutions of trade.
