| the objectives pursued with this subject are, basically, the following: -First, knowledge of the organs that compose the social jurisdiction, their competitions and their distributive criteria. - Second, knowledge of the singularities of the labour procedure and their informative principles. - In the third place, to present a clear view of the development of both the ordinary procedure and the main procedural modalities. - Finally, the acquisition of dexterity in the writing of bills. |
