OBJECTIVES: The general objective of Proceedural Law III is the acquisition of the basic knowledge on penal proceedures and their environment reflected in the structural trilogy on which the General Theory of the Proceedural Right is based, and also to reinforce the information learnt in the first cycle. a) in the first place, it is sought to couple the juridical-proceedural concepts seen previously, with the action and the process, as well as their principles, their constitutional reading and jurisprudence, to their correlative aspects as regards to penal procedure and legal tools. b) The study of the penal jurisdiction, analyzing their principles, the tribunals and tribunals their competition. Equally the cases of legal collaboration are included. For their practical development he/she will attempt the resolution of numerous cases and, in these case, the role of the tribunals. c) The analysis of the penal action and its practical development. d) The study of the penal process,different procedural structure, with special stress on the practical exercise of the different procedural acts.
