OBJECTIVES AND SUMMARY OF CONTENT:
The teaching of this module aims to provide the student with an appropriate degree of knowledge on:

The fundamental rules of the declaration process which are necessary under law of private business, with the aim of ensuring that these rules which are usually developed outside of court are respected, understood and not disputed so that a person working in this area is protected by the tribunals of justice by means of a verification of certainty or a certificate of cooperation.
The ordinary and special aspects of the declaration process, since, in law, the activity to which we have referred in the previous point is not regulated in any one way, but in several;hence there are several modalities of the declaration process.
The fundamental methods of the so called execution process consist of external co- ordination of public power -specifically the power of the Tribunals û this term is applied to the mandatory and coercive completion of duties that have been ordered by a sentence -that they have been ordered to complete - or they are forced by certain juridical acts to comply with, so that the law links the order to be executed by law directly.
The fundamental institutions of legal protection, whose function is to avoid that throughout the necessary duration of a declaration process, the defendant is not subjected to any limitation in his position regarding litigious rights - it facilitates the defendant's perfo
