The international protection of the human rights in the universal plane: the work of the United Nations. The international protection of the human rights in the regional plane, the work of the Council of Europe, of the European Communities, of the European Union, of the American Organization of States and of the Organization of the African Unit. OBJECTIVES: That the student acquires a basis of essential knowledge of the discipline, by means of the learning about an active method of work with the support of a basic bibliography, and the use and consultation of texts of international public law and by reflection on the law of the present day. |
