On the basis that the student has already studied Labour Laws I, when concluding this subject the student should: a) Know the essential regulation of the individual and collective industrial relations and the specific outline of the sources from which this regulation emanates. He/she should, then, know the existence and function of the collective agreements, the specific role played by individual recruiting and the basic legal regulation applicable. This subject will focus mainly on the issues related to individual industrial relations, those established between a worker and a manager. b) Know the existence of specific principles different to those in other legal systems such as the civilian (existence of criteria for minimum rules, succession of norms, limitation of the individual autonomy, non-renunciation of rights, existence of regulatory norms and their negotiation, etc.) c) Solve simple practical problems on the application of the studied normative and to know the most important approaches related to it. d) to Know and to be able to apply the specific terminology of the labour legal system. e) to acknowledge the existence of some social reasons that justify a different and specific legal system for industrial relations.
