| The aim is , in first place that the student knows the sources, principles and the most important legal techniques in protection of the environment in the Spanish Law. In another side, it is about to familiarize with the handling of legal texts and of jurisprudence, so much Spanish as of the European Court of Human Rights and of the Court of Justice of European Communities in this matter, so that problems of practical nature can be solved satisfactorily.
