The international trade Laws constitute the part of the legal system that regulates international private-legal situations of a mercantile nature.
That is to say, those situations related to trade which show some foreign affairs features.
With respect to this, both the legislator (international, community and national ) and the participants in international trade, who are aware of the peculiarity of this situations, have developed a set of rules and standards specifically designed to approach and solve this topics.
Given the peculiarity of this subject within the syllabus, it demands a special attitude from the student. It also requires an advanced knowledge of international private Law, Mercantile Law and Procedural Law.
The focus of this subject is to enable the student to understand and assimilate the current complexity of international trade, as well as clearly delimit the legal problems involved, so that the international trade legal system can be applied. At the same time, the student should get a good knowledge of the legal regulations on international trade. This will enable him/her to approach the regulations of trade institutions that involve foreign affairs topics and are frequently found in practice.

LESSON 3. COMPETENCE LAWS.
LESSON 4. INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY.
