| OBJECTIVES A topic that is also recognized in Foreign right and constitutes one of the most important institutions in current civil rights, together with property and contract. this matter is indispensable, since for the nineteenth-century legislator the civil responsibility lacked importance, as it demonstrates that it was regulated at the end of the civil Code and only in nine articles (arts. 1902 at 1910, both inclusive). This normative is at the present time supplemented by an extraordinarily wide and complex legislative collection, even understanding the abundant community legislation. Furthermore, it is a subject where the jurisprudence has an extraordinary importance in the decantation of complementary jurisprudencial doctrine of the juridical classification (art. 1.6 of the civil Code), for what is also required an analysis of this jurisprudence, with the particularity that the Supreme Tribunal publishes near a thousand sentences a year on this matter. Everything justifies, sparely, and as it is derived from an attentive observation of the practical reality, the interest in transmitting the student the data of knowledge on such a matter.
