| It aims for students to begin to study the general theory of fundamental rights: their concept and foundation, origin and evolution, possible classifications, normative sources, the titular subjects of rights, effectiveness of these, their interpretation, limits and guarantees. In accordance with these objectives, the contents of the subject are: The fundamental rights; the conditions of exercise of fundamental rights; the rights of foreigners in Spain; the general clause of equality, the rights of the personal sphere; the rights of freedom; political rights; the rights of political participation; the right to judicial custody; the rights of educational environment; the rights of labour environment; the rights of economic and social environment; the guarantees of fundamental rights, and, constitutional duties. |
