Objectives: To develop the student s capacity to - manage terminology and specific juridical-political vocabulary of the subject as well as technical-juridical vocabulary in general. - To understand the basic concepts of the subject and the existent relationships between the same, as well as their interactions with the political and social reality. - To synthesize the essential elements of the contents of the subject. - To acquire a vision of the areas controlled by Spanish constitutional law, with special attention to the system of resources, as well as the political and territorial pattern and necessary budgets to outline any question that he/she can come up with. To analyze the sociopolitical environment critically with the conceptual tools that it provides within Constitutional Rights. Content: Theme 1. Presentation of the subject.
